Speaking Engagements
Diane is an experienced and engaging speaker with over a decade of experience in delivering keynote addresses and participating on panels and podcasts. While recognised as one of Australia’s foremost advocates and commentators on Gender Equity, Diane can address a wide range of business-related topics including gender equity, leadership, strategy and governance. Diane has particular expertise in the governance of remuneration and climate change related matters. Diane has acted as facilitator/moderator for a wide range of panels and interviewed a number of politicians as part of her role as National Chair of CEDA. Diane has also designed and delivered large audience educational workshops and acted as the MC for full day conferences.

Coaching and Mentoring
Diane has experience in coaching and mentoring based on her time as a leader in McKinsey & Company’s organisation practice.
Her coaching engagements have focused on C-suite executives seeking to improve their performance, particularly those seeking to progress to CEO roles. In her personal capacity, Diane has coached executives in financial services, resources, agribusiness and government. They have been finance executives, P&L owners, human resources professionals and information technology professionals. While at McKinsey her reach extended also to family owned businesses, pharmaceuticals and equipment manufacturers.
